Booking Your Appointment



Enquiry / Book Appointment

Contact me to get a quote or to make an appointment for your dog.

I will confirm the treatment cost based on your pet’s breed, age, and coat and agree on an appointment date and time.



Appointment Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation message with essential details such as terms and conditions, appointment time, location, and payment information.

Feel free to share photos or specific trims you prefer before your appointment to ensure a tailored grooming session for your furry friend.



Appointment Reminder

I’ll send an appointment reminder with drop-off & collection times the day before your pet’s treatment.



Arriving at The Salon & Check In

I’ll greet you at the front gate at your appointment time – please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your allotted time.

I check your dog for matting and discuss whether your desired groom is achievable. I will also take a few details, including a contact number, for while your dog is with me.

Consent forms to be completed and signed.



Pampering Time

Please leave your furry friend with me for their treatment. Unfortunately, you cannot accompany your dog to the salon due to insurance purposes.

The pickup time has already been agreed upon, but I will contact you if I finish their appointment early or if there are any issues.



Collection & Check Out

Please arrive at the agreed collection time (unless I’ve requested you arrive earlier), as your dog will likely still be on the grooming table.

I will take payment for your pup’s treatment (cash or card), or if you prefer to pay via a bank transfer, the payment must be received at least 24 hours before the appointment.

My Treatments

Full Groom

A luxury treatment available from 6 months of age for long-haired breeds and three months (or two weeks post their second vaccination) for those with short hair.

Puppy Package / Maintenance Groom

An essential introduction to grooming for puppies. Also serves as an interim treatment for fully grown pups between full grooms.

Bath & Blow Dry

Pamper your furry friend with a luxurious Bath and Blow Dry; ideal for all coat types from three months of age or two weeks post their second vaccination.
