1. Excessively Vocal Dogs

Regrettably, due to the residential nature of my business, I cannot accommodate excessively vocal dogs.

2. Groom Refusal or Termination

While all dogs are welcome, I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a groom if your pet is experiencing ill health, extreme stress, or behavioural issues that may compromise the safety of the grooming process. In such cases, a fee may be charged at my discretion. Honest communication about behavioural issues or bite history is crucial, allowing me to set your dog up for success and ensure a smooth and safe grooming session.

3. Desired Haircut

I always strive to achieve the desired haircut for your pet. However, the final result may depend on the coat type and condition, which I will discuss during check-in.

4. Individual Pricing

Dogs are priced individually based on breed, coat type, and temperament.

Some dogs may require longer appointments, and a matting fee may apply in cases of severe matting. I will only de-matt for up to 15 minutes per dog, as exceeding this limit could cause stress to your pet. I will discuss any matting discovered during check-in.

5. Lead Policy

For the safety of all pets and out of respect for my neighbours, please keep ALL dogs on a lead while on the premises.

6. Parking Etiquette

Ample street parking is available directly outside the salon. Please be mindful of my neighbours and avoid parking on or over any driveways.

7. Appointment Rescheduling or Cancellation

I require a MINIMUM of 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please provide sufficient notice to avoid being charged the full price of the appointment. I operate a small business, and last-minute cancellations can be highly damaging.
